Playing Guild Wars 2 overtime has destroyed communication among friends and family

Some people believe that playing Guild Wars 2 for a long time has destroyed communication among friends and family. I think this is an exaggeration. In my opinion, whether or not playing Guild Wars 2 hurts communication depends on how long you've spent on or whether you can control yourself well. More importantly, it depends on the type of players.

Players enter in Guild Wars 2 which is a world with a new story. All races and carries are just as true as in our real life. We can act any characters we like, and be the person we want to be. We are here to make friends, to finish the quests, to gain some reward of Guild Wars 2 gold or items. And all these stories are just an epitome of our real life. But we can do anything according to our different level.

Sometimes, we can get happiness from the game once we won a contest in game or picked up some useful weapons dropped. What's more, we may also disappoint when we failed in a combat or spend too much time on doing the same content but without any achievement.

If you played the game for too long time, we will fall into the game plot and cannot get rid of it. It is heard that there was a player who has killed his friends in the same guild in the real life. That's has been a bad thing for us.

We always do not want to communicate with people in our real life, because we may bring the mood out of the game. Guild Wars 2 may destroy communication. Those players probably don't want to communicate with friends and family much anyway. So we should take good control of ourselves to not fall into the game.
